The building residence product costs (called ISKAN in Turkish) + Water & Electricity Abonate for the villa is paid after the new chatter by the construction company.

In the first 6 months after the handover, we take over the maintenance (pool and garden care) of the house free of charge. For the future maintenance work, you can use us or another maintenance company that we could recommend to them.
The Land Registry Food + Electricity & Water Subscriptions Registrations in their name = a maximum of 3,000 euros
